*** ORDER / REVERSED BILLING

i placed an order on Monday 27.11 Tuesday 28.11 the order stated process and the agent informed me Tuesday that teh delivery is delayed and should be with me by Friday 01.12 Wednesday 29.11 at 16.00 the order still stated process. When calling the centre again i asked for a follow up if the stock will be delivered by Friday or not - if not cancel my order AFTER letting me know first. When calling the centre back as i only received a cancelled mail not a call the agent then informed me the normal delivery would have been Thursday 30.11 but due to the delay only on Friday 01.12 there for they cancelled it. YET Friday 01.12 would have still been fine. None the less the order is now cancelled and i would need the funds to go to the store myself and get items as the items purchased was for a trip next week. Now i am being told i have to wait 5 to 7 days for the funds to be returned. This is unacceptable. First i am promised by Friday. Then the order is cancelled as it will only be done by Friday and now nothing at all..... all i need to know now is when the funds will be reserved or will the order be delivered by Friday 01.12 COB!!
