1 - 3 Day Door to Door Delivery a LIE!!!

<p>On 28 November I ordered clothing online from Mr Price and the total cost of the items where R619.96 therefor I could get free "door to door" delivery within 1 - 3 days. Today is the 3rd day and I decided to phone customer care to find out where my order is. Customer care informed me that there is going to be a delay and I will only recieve my order next week. This is unacceptable as the promotion clearly stated that orders will be delivered to my address within 1 - 3 days. The worst part is that I had to phone to find out what was going on, they didn't care enough to just send an email or sms to notify me about the delay. They said that the reason for the delay is due to a large amount of orders on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but I am sorry this is not a valid excuse as they knew they would get a large amount of orders and they still decided to post the promotion for 1 - 3 day door to door delivery. This is false advertising and I want a response ASAP!!!</p>
