I placed an online order on in early January of this year, it was due to be delivered around 9 January, it has been over 2 months now and each time i contact i get taken for a loop.

Every agent gives the same response that they will escalate the issue and give feedback but they don't.

I requested to cancel the order but I can't do that either, they are ******* robbing people. I am tired and ****ed off by this already and I paid this order with my account and they expect us to keep up payments but give ****py assistance.

I don't recommend ever shopping online with Mr Price because they can't assist properly when you as a paying customer have issues.
