Mr Pool Blue (Port Elizabeth) Poor services

I contacted Mr Pool Blue, in Port Elizabeth to fix my leaking pool. The owner, Sean Smith, "fixed" my pool however, my pool continued to leak. I asked Sean to return to fix my pool as it was still leaking. Sean ignored my messages for a week. He then rep**** stating that he was battling with high blood pressure. I then asked to reschedule for the following week which he agreed to. 15 minutes before he should've arrived at my house, Sean cancelled as his worker couldn't work that day. I asked to reschedule again for the following week. Sean then rep**** that he wants the keys to my property so that he can check my pool when he has the time or when he has a worker available. I asked him again for a date and time to meet at my place. I've had No response from him. I sent another message requesting another date and time......and I've still had no response. I've already paid Sean for fixing my pool. I thought the pool was fixed when he told me that he fixed the leak. I paid him immediately not thinking that he would be lying to me. I'm still waiting for him to return my calls. But I'm not holding my breath anymore as I've stupidly paid him already. I will never in a million years recommend Mr Pool Blue, Sean Smith in Port Elizabeth. Give it a wide berth!
