This is one pathetic company and man to deal with. A pocket rocket was purchased 2 months ago with endless problems. When Eldrich was contacted for a replacement and not refund, was told bike has no guarantee, you get what you sold, this being brand new. Was advised the best he can do is replacement parts, but here's the kicker, at my own cost! So Mr pocket bikes, you are in essence a ***** of note!
