Mr Plastic ***** up

Phoned them around 8am to supply and cut a piece of 20mm thick perspex that I needed. 8am they said over the phone they would be able to laser cut the perspex round on the same day because I needed it urgently.. When I got there around 10 am they could only cut the perspex in 3 days time.. I picked up and paid for a square piece of 20 mm thick perspex to get it laser cut some where els as they could not help me to cut it anymore gor reasons unknown.. I got back to Alberton only to realize they supp**** me with a 15mm thick piece and not 20mm.. I immediately phoned them to rectify their mistake.. They said they would get back to me.. After no response I phoned them again in 30 minutes time where they just tell me they will phone me back they are busy talking to the staff that supp**** the perspex. After 3 more times of phoning them i eventually got an solution to the mistake they made.. They told me to bring back the square piece And they then offered to cut the perspex for me for free.. Which impressed me somewhat.. Got there and suddenly they dont have any 20mm perspex in stock.. So i said fine just cut the 15mm piece.. Half and hour the piecevwas cut but i had to settle for 15mm instead of 20mm.. And they refused to refund me the difference in price for paying for 20mm and receiving 15mm.. They said they cut the piece and that would make up the difference, after they told me over the phone that they would cut it for free.. This cost me 2 trips to Germiston.. Unbelievably bad service.. Very unhappy with the cut perspex aswell.. Cuts overlap at edges and the hols are not even uniform as would be expected for laser cutting..
