Complaint

Good Day, I need to lay a compalint with regards to the company that was supplying us with plastic calender stands . They promised to refund us the money for the stands not done in February and now are claiming they cant refund as already bought the material. We ordered and paid for a 1000 as they wanted full payment. We advised we might only take 800 and they agreed and peomised a refund since feb. We ended up doing only 600 but claimed refund for only 200. Now change of story, they will not be refunding as they have bought the material for a 1000. They never advised of that in Feb, obly requesyed banking details and advised refunds done onky month end. Kept on being pushed to every month end until now in April when they say they cannot refund anymore .
