Mr Pick Ups

Good day, my husband and I bought an IX35 Huyndai from Mr Pick Ups on 11th June 2020 on the 20th June the car stopped working, dealership were contacted, but at first reluctant to assist and said he wants the car back in the condition as he gave it to us before he refunds us, I told him I knew my rights, he called back later saying that he will take the car to his mechanic to see whats wrong, long story short...the engin needed some work, and he said we must R7500 and he will cover the rest, we paid 7500 got the car back about 6 weeks later, the car still wasnt right we advised Gerrit of this as well with no reply, he reads our messages but no reply, we send a video of how the engin was shaking when switched on, no reply. On the 24th Dec 2020 the car broke down completely, we got hold of Gerrit and he referred us to his mechanic, the mechanic rep**** after quite a few attemps that it could be something else, then we tried to call Gerrit again up till today we cant get hold of him, we then got our own mechanic to look at the car to find a hole in the piston some orange silicone and according to my mechanic no engineer worked on the engin and that he can confirm the gaskeyset and the crack is not new, I am sitting with a car which I paid R103000 which is not working, we ssked Mr pick ups mechanic to send us the proof of the engineers work and the parts they quoted us on which the mechanic rep**** we need to get hold of Gerrit from Mr pick ups and he is not answering any of our calls or messages
