CHINA MALL SPRINGFIELD ****MERS
This is a **** alert! I took my phone to fix the CHARGING PIN ONLY as it was loose. Whilst opening my phone, this guy tried to tell me that theres something wrong with my screen as well. I said theres nothing wrong with my phone and its in perfect working order, only the charging pin. He fixes the pin and tries to force me to put a new screen protector, which I had just put on the week before elsewhere, so I declined and then I come home and the front camera isnt working and the back camera takes pictures upside down. So I take it back to him and he says I must leave my phone and he will check it up. Now when I go back to pick it up, he says that probably after I put my phone to charge, the lenses got burnt out. And now this is an additional cost to fix, money that I dont have! Im so angry and I want to know what can I do about this? Now im stuck with a phone that doesnt work properly (and that I havent finished paying for!) and all because I put my trust in them. Please DO NOT GO TO CHINA MALL SPRINGFIELD DURBAN CELLPHONE SHOPS!!! They are *****s trying to make money of us innocent people. Please share this so that other people dont get caught in their traps!
