Looks like I've been duped too. R1500 for "Full" Service to the dishwasher. Did not replace the on/off switch. Handle still not fixed. inside arms not cleaned. I should have realised they would be trouble purely based on the attitude of the technician. Surly, very pushy about payment. After reading other reviews I won't even bother to waste airtime calling.
