***** & Incompetence

Mr Peter Repairs came to fix the drum of my Miele washing machine. They replaced the drum with the incorrect size so had to stick unsightly black rubber around the inside. Once the machine was returned it started jumping, leaking and making a grinding noise from its first wash. The technician returned, the grinding noise stopped but the machine still leaks and jumps.

The proprietors then said they’d write a report that the machine was burnt out due to load shedding, which is untrue. They suggested I put this ********** claim into my insurance in order to get a new washer.

They are now uncontactable and I’m out of pocket over R4000.
