VERY BAD SERVICE

Last Year 24 November 2014 my brother realised his Passport had expired. He had a holiday booked in Mozambique and was leaving 22nd of December. A friend referred us to Arno Steynberg (so called \Mr Passport) because apparently he was that good. I called Arno asking him if he would be able to help us get a passport before leaving for Mozambique. He told me that it would be no problem and that he would definitely be able to help us as there was still enough time left if the app was handed in a.s.a.p at a cost of R1500 including photos. So my brother went to see him on the 25th of November filling out all the necessary documents and he ended up paying him R1700.? So as time went by we never heard anything from Arno
