Beware of this guy!

How rude is this guy!! I phoned on behalf of clients to find out procedures of how it works to get an unabridged birth certificate. He charges R1350.00 (keep in mind it cost about R50.00 for the certificate alone) he says it takes 2-4 weeks. I ask him what happens if it takes longer than 4 weeks, does he refund the clients.<br> He starts SCREAMING!! I am not over exaggerating... at me to tell me who am I to ask him that...he does not that etc.<br> <br> Now imagine you use him, pay that amount of money...and after you wait for 4 weeks...he is rude to you as well.... and screams at you... definitely NOT someone professional.<br> He could have just told me that it rarely happens...but if it does...he does this and that etc..... I am shocked that this person offers professional service
