Worst service ever

We will NEVER use your service ever again!

They told us to call 10min before we were at the airport, we called 20min ahead - we waited another 45 min for our car to come.

The only response was "the car is on its way", they couldn't even say, 10min, 20 min nothing.

We had to stand and wait with 2 young children sleeping in our arms.

Oh and I would love to have my money clip back! Please ask staff to not take something that is not theirs to take!!!!!
