Want to use the services of Mr. Parking? BEWARE!!!

<p>1. My car was stored with them for ten days.</p> <p>2. Mr. Parking is 8 km from OR Tambo Airport. So they should have travelled approximately 16 km to collect the car at the Airport and to return it to the Airport. They, however, drove my car for a total distance of 391 km during the period it was stored with them and returned it with an empty petrol tank. It was half full on delivery to them.</p> <p>3. They damaged both the interior and exterior of my car and returned it in a filthy state.</p> <p>4. The quotes to repair the car (interior and exterior) came to a total of R60 161.22</p> <p>5. They refused any liability for the damages; refused to pay for the damages and referred us to the "Terms & Conditions" that all customers accept when using their services, namely that the vehicle is parked at the owner's risk.</p> <p>6. They promise to treat your car with "Tender Loving Care" and has a "State of the Art under roof parking", but when asked to look at the CCTV footage, the manager, Mr. Meiring Muller told the Police that the warehouse/premises camera was out of order during the period the car was in storage, how convenient!!</p> <p>7. When the matter was reported after the car was returned to the Airport and the damages noted, Rodney also put the phone down in my daughter's ear. During the whole process, they had a very rude and attacking attitude.</p> <p>8. Needless to say, we will not be using this pathetic company again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please be aware of this company’s services as you might not receive your car back in the same condition given to them. I have attached a photo to show the interior damage, this is just one of many damages.</p>
