Utterly rude and terrible after sales service

<p>The parking was fine.</p> <p>Although upon calling to complain about the car wreaking of smoke, I get told they're very busy and don't have time for this.</p> <p>That I probably will not receive any response from management and then the phone was hung up on me.</p> <p>I see there are several review citing bad attitude and rudeness. Clearly their employees are running their reputation into the ground.</p> <p>If I were management I would strongly consider service training or replacement.</p>
