Shocking service with damage to motor vehicle

I would have liked to NOT provide a star rating as even the 1 star gives credit to a service that does not warrant this star rating. Not only was my car not delivered on time but when I called to enquire where my car was, I was initially told that it was on the way to the airport. 15 minutes later, I called again only to be told that the car battery was completely flat as they may have left the lights on and if I stopped calling, they would be able to sort it out. I received the car 45min after landing, with excuses and no apology and no courtesy to inform me that the engine warning light was on. I left a car in perfectworking condition and had a damaged one returned. I have noticed that they only post the good reviews on their website and do not have an option for people to complain about poor service. When they say you pay for what you get, believe me cheap can be costly.
