Shocking service and scratches on the car

Mr Parking at OR Tambo provided absolutely shocking service. We had two big scratches on our new car. When asked about it, they asked that we phone the manager. We did, only to be told to talk to the people at the airport. There were absolutely no accountability and we were told the scratches are small. We are still waiting to talk to someone who will assist and take accountability for this
