RETURNING A DIRTY CAR & THEN AN ATTACKING ATTITUDE

I booked my car in for 4 nights, yet they charge for 5 days. When I queried it they said it was calendar days! That was ok, but the car was returned dirtier than it was left! I spoke to the driver about it and he agreed, but said I needed to take it up with the office and gave me their number. On speaking to Rodney, he just apologised but got rude about it, saying he was sorry that his apology wasn't good enough. I was hoping for some discount on the price, but he refused saying it was a complimentary service. Needless to say I won't be using this rude company again who do not fulfill their promises.
