Poor service

My flight arrived 10mins prior to schedule. As I landed I expected my car to be ready and waiting for me. I had to wait 25 mins for them to bring my car. The guy in the radio told me "too many people landing at the same time"

When they took my car they wrote down the flight number and time of landing etc. What was the purpose of taking this down if they were gonna bring my car late anyway?

I would probably go with the tried and tested SU parking. OR park car in long term parking/ Gautrain station.
