MR PARKING BAD SERVICE

No stars! Extremely bad service. On 4 March 2018 our flight was delayed by 7 hours from George. We phoned Mr Parking at 8pm just before departure and twice on arrival at OR Tambo for our car to be delivered at 10pm. We tried to enquire from a few of their employees on duty at the airport, who also made some calls, but not one could give us any explanation. An hour and 30 min later, we were still waiting outside in the dark and cold, travelling with my 86yr old dad, who was totally exhausted with no place to sit down and after a terrible long day at the airport, this was heartbraking and inconvenient to say the least. Our Honda was delivered at 23:40 without any apology. We still had a 3hr drive back home. We were utterly disappointed and will never refer anyone to make use of Mr Parking!
