Great idea, but rude staff.

We used Mr Parking laat week while we went on holiday. We registered on their website and we received our confirmation sms. This was our first time using them and therefore we didn't know how the process worked. I called the number on the sms to confirm everything and the guy said he is not in the office at the moment, I should call their office number. I called the office and spoke to a very rude lady who just said "if you got the sms, the booking is confirmed". I wanted to ask more questions, but she was so rude I just left it. I called again later and spoke to different lady who was very friendly and helpful - I didn't get your name, but thank you.

They were at the airport in time to collect our car and everyrhing went very fast and smooth. We were told that we should call Mr Parking once we are through border control when we get back and then we shouldn't wait too long for our car to arrive. When we got out of the airport we went to the Mr Parking staff and asked about our car, the guy answered us very rudely "if you called, it's on its way" and then walked away.

We waited for about 10 or 15 minutes before our car arrived. The car was washed and very neat.

Mr Parking is a great idea, but they really need to work on their attitude towards clients and communicate arrangements properly.
