Beware!!! Mr Parking

Mr parking returned my car after a weekend away with a cracked windscreen, and a damaged bumper.. clearly an accident while parking it. They then sent a drunk attendant who refused to give us his licence or the name of manager. 3 attendants were absolutely unhelpful while the drunk attendant who took the car for parking got aggressive and abusive. They are claiming the car was damaged before and refused to claim responsibility even though we we proved the attendant checked the vehicle before we left the vehicle.... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.... We are now busy with lawyers and police case against them Previous experience with them ended up in a traffic fine because they left the car at the airport long enough for me to get a fine and that too they refused to pay for which I eventually paid getting terrible service from Mr Parking They may be cheaper than their competitors but in the end you pay much much more in damaged returned car!!!!
