Bad Service

Service was pathetic! Waited 45 minutes after my flight for my vehicle to arrive. I was assured 5 times that my vehicle was 5 minutes away and it was my fault as i did not call to let them know i landed! Then why take my Flight number and inform me, my flight will be tracked and my vehicle will be waiting where i dropped it off. When called the head office- that was no help at all. The receptionist could not answer my questions, used incorrect grammar, raised her voice at me and cut the call! All while i paid for a service that was to be convenient!!
