Mr Panda K90 Is *******

I bought a T8 LED light fitting, when I put it up it worked for about 30 minutes and then switched off, on trying to switch it back on, each time I switched the switch on it would come on and immediately switch off again. when I left the fitting off for a period of time and tried again it would switch on and then after a short time starts to flicker on and off and then switch off. When I took it back to Mr Panda and told the lady what happened and I was looking for an exchange, she took it away, when she came back she informed me that they had tested it and it worked, gave me my slip back and that was that. Don't these people listen to the problem explained, or is this company just trying to make money out of faulty and defective stock. I will never step foot back into that Mr Panda and will tell as many as I can of my experience. Word of mouth is the best sales tool you can ever get, and your worst enemy in a business.
