No refund received

On the 9th of January I ordered and paid at MrPrice online. On the 19th of January I called to find out the status of my order. I was informed that it had been cancelled as I had entered an incorrect reference number. I was asked what I wanted to do and I requested a refund. Since that day I have been communicating with Nicole Richards at the call centre of about my refund and I have been told that it has been processed. Till this day 16 February 2017 a month a 7 days after I pit in an order and paid I have not received my money. I need my money Mr Price I worked damn hard for it.
