Mr Mugs Bad Service

I am appalled to say that Gail Matthews at Mr Mugs has been rude, sarcastic and completely unhelpful during the process of my enquiry and purchase of product. She did not have the professional manner expected as a person who answers a telephone. She did not listen to what I wanted to know and kept interrupting me and got impatient with me on the phone call. During the process her emails were simply rude and sarcastic. I have done my best to stay polite. I know people go through difficult times and rudeness can be excused at least once. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Rather pay more for proper service than deal with people who act like they do not need the business!
