POOR COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE FROM MR MOVERS HOUSE REMOVALS

I had communicated specific times for them to arrive to pick up my furniture. The communicated time was 09:00 when they suggested 08:00 and thought I won't be ready when they arrive.

eventually I was ready at 09:00. I call the guy who was facilitating my move at 09:15 asking where are the guys and I am waiting for them. He says they are in town buying products to wrap up my furniture.

Why they would buy the stuff when I paid deposit 2 weeks before? Tlak about poor planning.

The guys eventually arrive at 2, 5 hours late to move my stuff out.

Fast forward to today, where they are supposed to deliver my stuff in Cape Town, they are once again late after we resolved the issues on the move out date. Today I felt as though its worse. The guy who was facilitating my move stopped taking my calls and not responding to texts when asked what is the ETA of the guys to deliver my stuff?

I am all for supporting small businesses but if it comes with being taken for granted as customer, I would suggest you go the tried and tested brands that will charge you a premium price and provide premium service. You will be disappointed by them because you will be the one running around finding out where they are and will insist on getting full payment but are giving such horrible services.

SAVE YOURSELF AND DON'T USE THEM AT ALL.

P.S.: I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO ARRIVE AND DELIVER MY STUFF WRITING THIS REVIEW. 2 HOURS LATER NO FEEDBACK FROM THEM!
