Unhappy client

Took my car in for service instead of it coming back fresh it came back with issues and a funny sound which I never had. My car came back dirty without it being washed like a normal service place does. I’m so unhappy because when I complained the person I spoke to was rude. I’m even scared to drive my car and this time I was not even showed what was changed when they did the service. I would never recommend anyone to take their car there
