Paid in Full. Zero Toilets. Make It Make Sense.
Mr Loo Toilet Hire confirmed availability this morning and requested payment. I paid promptly and in good faith. Shortly afterwards, they informed me that they had no toilets available and could not fulfil the service. Not one. None. After taking my money. Yes, a refund was processed — but that is the bare minimum, not a resolution. I still had to provide banking details after the fact, follow up on my own refund, and urgently source an alternative at short notice. None of this should have happened. If your inventory system cannot confirm actual stock before processing a payment, you are not ready to be taking bookings. This is a basic operational failure dressed up as an unfortunate mistake — and for time-sensitive event logistics, the consequences for customers are very real. The principle, much like the product they failed to provide, truly stinks. Cannot recommend.
