Zero customer service

I bought a garage door remote which did not work. When my wife returned it the following working day, they said we had to wait two weeks for them to return it to the supplier and for the supplier to "evaluate it.

On a new product that is faulty i cannot see how their problem must become mine. Waiting two weeks is *******. Another example of ****py customer service.

I will never spend another cent there.
