We bought a laptop from Mr Laptop and because the owner is somewhat family he decided to buy a laptop even though I was against it but away we received the laptop there was first no sound then the laptop was going on and off then I realized it would charge I took it to another pc shop as to send this laptop away is very far and i have a business to run and need this laptop to cut a story short the charger unit was welded to the mother board the guy said we were very lucky the laptop didn't cause fire then I informed the owner we can fix it here but it would cost so much we could go half he said no let him fixed so had to resend it back and wait while my business is taking a knock. We got it back and the laptop is still not charging I informed him about it to rather collect the laptop and refund me which he refuses to do so people if you want to throw 4950 rand away on something you can't use this is the outcome unfortunately you will have and we support him as he is supposed to be family related to my husband so if he can do this to us then what would he do to non family
