Horrible service

I had A very Bad experience ever with this agency,

1. In March 2018 moved in with my family at the Terrace flat no.29, I sent a list of complaints with pictures to the agent and the agency and none were attended to. I Called 2. Now I have vacated the flat on the 30th of November 2019 and to this day I have not received my deposit back, we i called the agent by the name of Donald to enquire about my deposit, I was told by him that he still needed to do the inspection of the flat first, until this date i have not received any feedback from him since last week
