Breach of contract, and no refund

We employed Mr Handy Fix (through recommendations on various Facebook pages) to move our household goods from JHB to White River. The contract was never completed, and we had to employ another company to go and retrieve our goods from them. We paid R6700.00 up front and were promised, in writing, that we would be refunded in 5-7 days. This has still not happened.
