Worse service ever

I arranged Mr Halfton removals to assist in move from Bryanston to Douglasdale at 11am on 30 May. At 11:15am I called only to find out the truck had broken down at 10am. Dushkin promised to call as soon as he was at the truck & arrange another truck to assist. I called again at 12:30pm & 1pm only to be told the same thing. At 1:30pm, we drove there to fetch trailer & staff. After a huge fight Dushkin eventually released trailer & 3 staff. Upon arrival at the business (wendy house on someone's property), the broken truck was still there with someone's furniture on. The one worker told me he had raised this problem before with no assistance at all. We managed to move the furniture. At 5:30pm we called & asked him to fetch the trailer & his staff which he refused. We left the trailer & his staff at Pick n Pay Douglasdale as per his secretary's instruction. I've used them 5 times before & never experienced a problem. Obviously Dushkin's run his business into the ground that service is **********. He refused to return my deposit as we had to make a plan to complete the move & he hadn't provided the service promised. If he'd called at 10am I could've made another plan. Pls don't use him
