Unreliable service and no customer relations

Shocking service from Mr Gutter. Months delays and they caused more problems after work has been done. Water leaks and damages. They have no interest to listen to the customer and rectify problems. I was told that I will not get my money back and I have to get someone else to rectify the job after they admitted that the work they have done looks bad.
