To fix room that was repaired by them and then damage by wind

Mr Gutter have replace all my gutters, down pipes and barge boards and the the wind ******* 1.5 meters of barge boards. I have tried several times to get them to come and fix it but always we will ask Drikus to phone you. This is going on now for three months. I also once put a message on their web still waiting. They are quick to come and do the job but after service nothing.

Can repair is myself but their products are coming painted and if I do it i need to repaint all their work.
