Poor work, rude employee

Poor quality of work and rude installer. They needed to do additional work and not finish job of properly after contacting them installer said we need to put cement by gutter box. Contacting the office to speak to the owner they rep**** he will contact me and im stil waiting. 2 days later received message from them saying they have contacted my client and that client said she will fix their installation. I have forwarded message to my client and asked if it's true and my client rep**** no one has been in contact with them.
