Generator repairs

When warning was given that we were about to start load shedding we sent our Generators for services to be ready. When we got it back we tried it and it started but we did not try the power supply until it was needed. It was not working and I sent it back to Mr Greenfinger. That was the 26 th May. Today the 25 th July and we needed the generator and remembered that we took it back and never heard from them again. I was told by Lesley that he had phoned me over 40 times to report on the damages caused inside alternator. My phone is a business phone and is on all day everyday. Never got a call from them. Now they are trying to put the blame on us for the damaged alternator that was opened and left bolts loose inside. We never touched the generator before or after it came from the service. Cost of service R 2820.65 now quote to fix what was damaged by them R 8 000.00. This is not the first time that we have had to return machines that were not repaired properly first time.
