Customer service at its very worst with a clear "couldn't care less" attitude.

Having got quotes for sharpening lawnmower blades, we decided to use Mr Greenfinger in Randburg. When we rang to ask whether it was ready, the price we were given was over 40% more than we were quoted. The telephone discussion was a farce (Told that labour costs were not included in the quote!). We asked if it could be delivered the next day - only if we paid the invoice that would be emailed. This was done by EFT and the PoP sent back immediately. Needless to say, the lawnmower was not delivered back the next day.
