Charged For Repair Work Previously Done

In September 2015 i brought in a Ryobi lawnmower for repair. This was done and I paid R746.10. In January 2016, the lawnmower stopped working. I took it back and asked to be phoned with a price estimate before any work was done. This request was ignored and i was phoned to advise that the repair work was done at a cost of R711.00.<br> When I collected the mower i asked why I was not phoned. They said they don't know.I asked what the problem was and I was advised that the oil level was too high. i have never put any oil in the mower they filled it in september. Their staff were rude and I would suggest people give Mr Greenfinger a wide birth.
