********* Behaivour

I would like to report this company to make people aware of their ********* behaivour and to be careful of contacting them and using their services. They incorrectly and *********ly billed me for an account I never agreed to. They never contacted me once in a year and a half until I heard about an account being handed over! Please be very wary and careful to use this company. I have tried to resolve the issue with them to understand what was happening, they do not assist you they merely hand over these invoices that are not accurate. Furthermore they sadly dont even tell you they have an invoice for you at all, thus you find out via a debt collector for the first time and it places you in a very difficult situation for something you have not agreed to neither known about. I would rate this business as 0/5 due to the ethics in how they handle situations however the system insists on selection of a star rating.
