rude staff

the staff was so rude, I brought my sister's child there sometime in august they had visited me for a week. The staff were so rude we wanted help regarding the use of the machines since it was my first time. They were 2 ladies at the counter they ignored me and continued speaking to themselves I think this was because I spoke in English because she rep**** me in her language looking very bored. I asked them how the machines work they just said swipe the card and they went on talking. I decided to call another lady she was worse than the first 2 as she dragged her feet as she was also busy with another staff member. when she came she was very unfriendly to me and she was rude to my sister's child as she did not know how to use the machines. may you please educate your staff on how to work with people especially kids and you also need to teach them that not every black person speaks South African language hence the use of English...I will never forget that day
