Refiloe @ Clearwater mall was very rude and impatient with the kids!

Refiloe should honestly not work with the kids at the bumper car track, she was impatient and very rude towards the kids! I did not want to address it there and then as I did not want to cause a scene in front of the little ones who were excited to get their turn riding the bumping cars... As a mother you must know how and when to choose your battles, I had to contain myself for the sake of my kids and the other little ones. I made sure I get her name so that I can expose her on this platform... She even went as far as to push a little boy back and shout angrily No go back because he did not have the card to access the track as he was waiting for his parents to come and pay... She rudely told the kids that's turn was up to get up and get out, without even asking if they would like to go for another round... I stood there watching how she hated doing her job there was a scene where she didn't go park the bumper car that was not used then when the kids started driving she decided to walk on the track and try and push the car out the way then the kids bumped her and she got angry screaming at them hey ho ho! Swearing silently and clicking her tongue, got in and drove off to go park it... Now I am sorry but Mr Funtubbles Clearwater mall will not see me and kids anymore because of Refiloe's behaviour towards the kids!! I will gladly drive out and go entertain them where the staff are kid friendly!!
