never take kids to funtubbles in the evening !!

We took our 4 children to funtubbles. We started by recharging the card and then was deciding which rides to go on.So they started going on a few rides.Children being their usual self at an entertainment area, they began to run around etc. Throughout our time spent at the area there was a lady mopping the floors.According to my knowledge when an area is being mopped the caution sign is to be placed on the wet area. That was not what happened. The area was wet and the sign was a distance away, furthermore cleaning should be done when the play centre is closed not while there are KIDS playing around. My nephew ran to 1 of the rides slipped and fell on his head because the floor was wet and there was no sign there. He still has a big lump on his head, his head was hot and face turned red as he had extreme pain. The manager on duty and the staff was not even concerned to check how he is but just looked at this 7 year old child scream in pain. The lighting were the incident happened was of poor quality. WHY ARE STAFF MOPPING IN A PLAY CENTRE BEFORE CLOSING TIME AND NOT AFTER??? THERE WAS NOTHING SPILT ON THE FLOOR!!!HE DID NOT BLEED SO THEY SAW NOTHING SERIOUS ABOUT IT. PUTRID BEHAVIOUR
