Arcade *****ing money?

We swiped our card to purchase credit so the kids can play. The purchase was declined 3 times with my card and my stepmoms card 2 times. We had enough funds in the accounts. We went a withdrew cash to pay as it seems something is wrong with the machines. When we got back we got msges that the purchase went through and is now pending. With both my mom and my cards. We were told it would reverse in a hour.. That was 6 days ago. We are still struggling to get refunded and this sorted. Going from one person to the next and still no money back.. I saw other complaints simi**** to this on Facebook. So I'm thinking they do this and hope the person doesnt notice so they get extra cash.. I am now left without cash for groceries for this week. Be careful when you decide to visit them and only pay cash.
