Fridge Repairs

I called Mr fridge out on 01 February 2020 to reseal two fridges and one freezer. One fridge was done alright and one needed to be checked as seal not placed correctly. The freezer seal was not placed at all and was loose and falling off. To try and get hold of Selvan was a mission. They came out on 4 August 2020 and corrected the fridge seal but did not bring glue with for the freezer and said they would return. Selvan ignores my messages and does not answer his phone when he sees my number come up. The whole freezer seal is off. When he was asked to come out, I had to remind him every time he had an appointment and I still asked him what kind of business is he running? My last message was 24 August 2020 and telephone calls and still no response. It went out of guarantee due to Covid-19 which should be taken into account. Paying R3100 for bad service is not on.
