Worst service from a builder

Natie Marx of Mr Fix It in Hout Bay was scheduled to fix a broken wall in Cape Town CBD, he failed to make contact after various attempts were made after scheduling various appointments to mend said wall. This resulted in 'Mr Fix It' taking over 3 and a half months to fix the area he was contracted to. <br> <br> Not only does he have a rude business acumen, he went ahead with the job without any contact and notice after 3 and a half months and rudely demanded payment, hassling me to pay the invoice - on his time. I find this quite funny as he could not meet expectations in the time frame given and agreed on. <br> <br> I will never recommend Mr Fix It for anybody needing a contractor, he cannot comply with schedules, only giving excuses time and time again and fails to return contact. <br> <br> I am a paying customer, not a child to be spoken to in a rude manner. When you need a job done, I would not call Mr Fix It. He is rude, condescending and makes excuses time and time again. He cannot complete a job when agreed to and I think his acumen is absolutely shocking and needs to be reassessed. <br> <br> Never again, I hope not to come across such a condescending attitude from a contractor again.
