Poor after service accountability

<p>My initial dealings with Mr fixit appliance repairs went well. However after the breakdown of their initial repair the follow up service was completely lacking. Their website and invoice maintains that all repairs have a 6 month guarantee. What they dont state is that to get them to follow up on said guarantee is like pulling chickens teeth.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was given the run around by both the receptionist in charge of booking callouts and the Manager Timothy. After numerous phonecalls and waiting 3 days for the technician to return to repair his workmanship, the time of the technician kept on changing. I have yet to see them follow up on their workmanship.</p>
