Mr fixit appliance repair bad workmanship

I have call Mr Fixit in Athlone to repair our tumble dryer 190 call out fees, no problem ,they had the part with them as our tumble dryer didn't heat up. After they installed the part was heating up as they left we tried again It heated up and actually overheated and cut out I have tried to get hold of they since the 09 July only given promises. The invoice states 6 month s guarantee I don't think so till to day I'm still waiting. logged call at the office never replying on my emails did the owner rep****. So eventually got hold of someone and they said they will repair it on the 01st of August
